This part of program Involves emptying your mind and letting go of your ego in order to push yourself through constant progression. This will help individuals avoid negative thoughts that can lead to self-deprivation. This training method is constantly evolving and incorporates muscle confusion to the max. In our program we constantly strive to raise the level of training in all our workouts in order to develop mental awareness in our lives. Improvise training encompasses all aspects of a balanced human being by promoting: Mental, physical, metaphysical and energetic well-being.
Exercise and fitness are an effective and key part of the weight loss program. We encourage fitness appointments 3 times a week to make sure the body is sweating out the toxins and keeping a healthy lymphatic flow. The lymphatic system is vital for our health being part of the immune system, it provides defense against disease-causing organisms. When the lymphatic system becomes sluggish our tissues become congested, organ function is impaired and our health suffers.

Exercise increases lymph flow ten to thirty fold. Liver circulation is aided by exercise, particularly of the abdominal muscles and diaphragm, with this gentle compression of the liver with each breath aids circulation of the blood and lymph through the liver which will maintain fluid balance in the tissues releasing fatty build up in the body such as cellulite in the skin
It’s a simple equation – to lose fat, you must burn more calories than you take in from food. This intense training-body workout is designed for decreasing fat and increasing muscle tone from the requested area of the body. This workout was put to the test, and after 4 weeks subjects lost body fat and gained muscle mass. This body workout aimed at those individuals wanting fat loss and muscle tone. This routine was put to the test and after 4 weeks the clients actually lose fat while gaining lean muscle mass.
